Jul 4, 2021 · Ice bike and partisan are worthless moves but hie is an incredibly powerful pvp fruit. Although block buffering did nerf it’s potential ice kick and ice sword are still incredibly powerful moves in pvp. Hie lacks damage but is made up with its powerful stuns which is why it’s smarter to go a sword or black leg centric build.

Jul 6, 2022 · Any stat build is good with hie tbh. But it depends on what you farm. High df is good for krakens but pretty bad for bosses if you can’t cheese them. Also good for dungeons. High m1 is only good for bosses and braindead for pvp. Hybrid is pretty good too. Decent for krakens, good for bosses, ok for dungeons and braindead in pvp.

Mar 3, 2022 · Ice partitian damage maxs at 691 with 80 damage. Anything more than that is just a waste since hie's damage is so low. This build ain't bad ngl. Its great for kraken farming and maybe dungeons, but shit for everything else.
