The Shag (variation) ⬇️ Here’s a variation of the Shag. In this variation I hold and cut the fringe at a lower elevation for a heavier feeling around the edge. I then use the fringe length to frame the face to the exterior length. I finally layer the interior by using the length at the apex cutting a flat line from front to back (more layers) lifting each section up to the ceiling. The Shag (the easy way) ⬇️ Here’s my fave way to cut the Shag (round concave layering) start at the front with horizontal sectioning, elevate up and out and cut a line that follows the contour of the head shape. Elevate sections into the first.
