Meyer Shank Racing (MSR; formerly Michael Shank Racing) is an American motorsport organization that competes in the IndyCar Series and the IMSA SportsCar Championship. Michael Shank, co-owner of Meyer Shank Racing (MSR), was originally a car owner for Sam Hornish Jr.

An open-wheel racing powerhouse, Felix Rosenqvist will race for Meyer Shank Racing for his seventh season of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES.

Mike Shank first started racing professionally in 1989, and quickly made a name for himself, earning notice as the SCCA-Ohio Valley Region Novice Driver of the Year. He went on to take the 1996 Toyota Atlantic C2 Championship before moving up to race in the Indy Racing League.
