Malay Satay Hut used to be one of my favorite spots around Bellevue, but I think the ownership changed and some of the dishes changed too. The one thing that did not change at all is the roti canai, absolutely amazing, a flaky crunchy savory pancake, similar to Indian parotta or Chinese green onion pancake, accompanied by some curry.

The food was so good and very authentic. Definitely the most authentic Malaysian food I've had in Seattle. They even had an entire menu for halal options (just ask your hostess). I highly recommend the Chicken Satay, Char Kway Teow and Curry Laksa. The ambiance also felt so authentic, I loved walking in and seeing all of the Malaysian memorabilia.
