I've noticed in roughly the last 8-12 hours he seems hesitant to jump on things and wants to be picked up.

We tried the water bottle but I just read it's not good to do that to him so I'm looking at alternative ways to prevent him from jumping up on the screens. Please help! I don't know how to stop him.

Once the cat wants to jump onto the shelves, the cat will see the balloons, and will refrain from jumping onto the shelves.

Jun 8, 2018 · Ssscat is probably the best way to keep cats off where you don't want them. It's a can of air with a motion detector, and when you turn it on, you point it in the direction of what you don't want them on. When the cat jumps up, it lets out a puff of air that sounds like a cat hissing. A few times of that, and the cat will stop jumping.

Jan 24, 2019 · Once the baby gate went up, I finally had peace cooking and doing the dishes. Then... the new cats showed them they can jump right over it as well. I found my girl cat inside today and I saw red that my efforts for the last year is going to moot. I have to admit the new cats are better behaved than my cats who chews and knocks over everything.
