Nov 26, 2024 · ROWLEY — Rowley voters struck down a second MBTA zoning proposal at the special town meeting on Monday night. It failed by a margin of 26 votes. The final result was 217–191. Residents cast their votes by placing a slip of paper that said “yes” or “no” into a box at the front of the room.
