NatWest is a terrible bank in general. You’d be doing yourself a favour switching to another bank. NatWest have pulled shit with me in the past for ridiculous reasons so it doesn’t surprise me that they’d do something like this.

Jul 22, 2023 · Agreed. I switched mine on. Then for my convinience they switched them off. So I switched them back on. Then three months later for my convinience they switched them off and removed the option to switch them back on.

NatWest recently added a feature that generates links for bill splitting. I personally prefer Starling over both Monzo and NatWest, but for those who deposit cash on a regular basis neither Monzo nor Starling are good options - I'd argue NatWest isn't either since they are closed on Saturdays.
