Sep 14, 2021 · Does anybody have any advice for Tech X? I see people talk about Tech X as if it's a won run in a single item, and I just don't get it myself. It feels like picking up the item forces me to concentrate more to get less damage out than if I'd have just used whatever type of tears I'd have had before. Am I missing a trick here?

Jun 26, 2016 · I've never had a problem with Tech X + Brimstone. It's a pretty great synergy. Fully charging tech x even with brim doesn't actually cause it to do more damage, so may as well fire it as fast as possible. Tech X only damages on the outer part of the ring, so your best bet is to just rapid fire as best you can, small charges with each shot.

Tech X is a big area of effect spectral piercing shot. There you go. Protip - you don't have to charge your shot fully. 2 well aimed small rings can clear most of the rooms up to the womb.

Apr 16, 2016 · With good tears Tech X can keep a constant stream of pain on your enemies. It's amazing on boss rush and Hush, because range is always max. You can be long distance while non-stop laying siege on everything.
