To solve this issue we have created a new machine learning model based on the fastest deep learning neural network model MaskRCNN, our model has the highest accuracy based on our testing and training on pklot dataset. The proposed model counts the number of occupied and unoccupied parking slots.

It includes the vision-assisted, automated detection of free parking spaces based on deep learning (CNN) and the automatic parking using reinforcement learning. In [1], parked car and empty parking space are detected from images captured using drone. The paper uses multi-task cost-sensitive-CNN (MTCSCNN).
