Oct 3, 2018 · I have successfully rooted my Samsung j8 (SM-J810G) So yeah I downloaded my boot.img from firmware.mobi and patched using magisk manager on my phone, copied it to my pc, flashed it and it worked, but before that I had to enable oem unlock I guess that pretty much means this phone can be rooted but devs don't have access to it. :crying:
