Jul 14, 2022 · Roblox has their own dealings for the use of alternate accounts to evade punishment from the platform, but in-game moderations left to the developers. That being said, banning new accounts is a poor way to prevent alts.

Dec 19, 2024 · As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to trust that the alt-detection system is working and actually banning alternative accounts. If Roblox is able to address this issue, it would improve my development experience because alts would actually get banned and I can trust we don’t need to implement our own alt-detection systems.
