The Scramjet takes cues from the popular 1960s anime series Speed Racer and the lead car, the Mach Five, with influences from various 1950s and 1960s concept cars.

Dec 13, 2022 · Hold your down directional to bring up the character selection wheel, and pick a storymode character. Don't accept the prompt, and stay on the prompt screen for a four count. Back out of that screen, and your Scramjet will be hanging where it was, and will begin to fall straight down. You have to do all this quickly to stop yourself in time.

Declasse Scramjet is indeed based on the car in the anime. And since the car is inspired by the anime series, Rockstar deliberately made the car as one of the most exciting vehicles to drive in GTA Online.
