Aug 20, 2023 · Measured my factory stock wheels/tires (29x9x14 Bighorns w/5-1 offset) on my '22 RZR XP1K. With the tires at 8psi (my preferred oper. press.), they measured 66" on my flat concrete shop floor w/ 2ea. straight edges against the sidewall bulges.

Dec 18, 2018 · Yes Polaris has different wheels for different models. Just get a set of 4+3 wheels designed to fit your machine and youre done. The lugs on some Polaris wheels are different than yours also. The 570 uses 3/8 inch lugs and some of the others use 12mm lugs Personally I wouldn't be cutting on wheels to make something fit. Just buy the proper wheels

Oct 11, 2021 · I just bought my first SxS, a 2012 RZR 4. I have a 5x14 utility trailer that is 59-3/4" inside the rails. The front tires of the RZR touch on both sides but the back tires are 62-1/2" at the widest. According to the seller, the wheels and tires are from a 2020 RZR and are a bigger than the stock 2012 wheels and tires.

Jun 11, 2017 · I torque my truck and trailer lug nuts to 110 pounds. Both use aluminum wheels. Been doing that for a couple decades. Trailer studs are 1/2"-20 and my current truck studs are 14mm (just over 1/2"). I always use anti-seize, and always torque to 110 lbs. Never had any issues. The RZR 800 studs are 3/8", and I torque them to 100 lbs.
