Mar 13, 2024 · An operator choosing to use an off-the-shelf operator qualification (OQ) program—an OQ program that is not created by the operator—is fully responsible for understanding and meeting the provisions of the OQ requirements under parts 192 and 195.

Once all required covered tasks have been gained, a copy of the individual’s operator qualification transcript (or OQ card) can be provided to Con Edison’s project representatives, prior to the start of the installation work.
