This webpage is designed to provide information to regulators, pipeline operators, contractors and vendors on the Operator Qualification (OQ) Rule (49 CFR Part 192, Subpart N and 49 CFR Part 195, Subpart G).
Once all required covered tasks have been gained, a copy of the individual’s operator qualification transcript (or OQ card) can be provided to Con Edison’s project representatives, prior to the start of the installation work.
