Anyone know of any games that can be programmed using a PLC? If so I would like to see some examples. Thanks! There's a battleship example somewhere here in the PLC channel. B&R has an asteroid-style 4-person game they call Battle-Royale they do as a programming competition at their AutomationCon.

May 11, 2004 · Currently my partner and I are working to make a Tic-Tac-Toe Game using a PLC with 16 inputs and outputs. Basically, we would have one gameboard surface with 9 holes. The two players would try to roll their balls into the right hole and the first one with 3 straight wins.

Dec 8, 2017 · So I wrote PLC program to play Tic Tac Toe (Noughts and Crosses). The game will run on any of the current TRI PLCs. The program does not use any physical INPUTs or OUTPUTs. You could run it with a Nano-10. The game can be played using the on-line monitor or using a touch screen HMI.

It is possible to implement the RFB protocol in an Opto22 PAC. A possible use for it is to develop "less fun" apps like remote SCADA or HMI accessible via VNC client, as a different alternative for IoT apps. The game only allows one single client connected, however, is possible to modify it for two or more simultaneous remote players.
