2 days ago · I unplugged it to bring with me out the house and ever since then, it won't work for any devices. the mouse is at 100% battery (confirmed with MSI Center), driver is up to date. Turning the mouse off and on doesn't work, restarting computer doesn't work either. I'm starting to think whether or not the dongle just broke from me unplugging it.

Oct 10, 2023 · the mouse works but mystic light does not detect it. i also use corsair icue and have the ledkeeper2.exe blocked to prevent mystic light from detecting my corsair k55 lite keyboard but unblocking does not help mystic light to detect mouse. msi center version is 2.0.25.0
