The Animation Editor plugin allows you to design and publish custom animations on rigs. A rig is an object with individual sections connected by joints. You can move these joints to create poses, and the Animation Editor then smoothly animates the rig from pose-to-pose.

Please do not install - use the version of the Animation Editor that comes with Roblox Studio.

Sep 10, 2015 · If you already have the ROBLOX Animation Editor, please go to your “Manage Plugins” button under the “Plugins” tab in studio and click “Update” on the editor. If you do not have the editor, open ROBLOX Studio and go to this link and install it.

First off, open Roblox Studio and load up the game you want to animate in. Then, click on the Plugins tab and select the Animation Editor. From there, you’re ready to add some keyframes and bring your characters to life!

Jul 16, 2021 · The animation editor plugin appears to have been broken within one of the last couple of studio updates. There is no data on the keyframes when import animation from fbx few days ago and it become no keyframes when import fbx since my previous studio update.
