People couldn't see him unless they believe in him. And then Frozen came out and Elsa was introduced. She is a beautiful lady/Queen who is born with magical ice powers.

Well, Jack Frost would not have a problem with Elsa being focused on Anna because he himself has a sister, so he'd understand. And I get that Elsa and Jack Frost are from two different companies.
