Citrusdal is a town of 5,000 people in the Olifants River Valley in the Western Cape province of South Africa. It is situated at the base of the Cederberg mountains about 160 kilometres (100 mi) north of Cape Town. Agriculture in the area is dominated by citrus fruit farming, hence the town's name. Natural hot water springs occur in the area.

Citrusdal is ideally situated for exploration of the surrounding mountains, valleys, farmlands and wildflowers. Between May and October Citrusdal becomes a bustling town as it is the citrus packing season. The pack house, which opened in 1946, staggeringly packs over 60 000 tons of citrus ever year. A visit to the pack house is a worthwhile stop.
