Run cs-hud-overlay.exe on Windows, or cs-hud-overlay on Linux. Open Counter-Strike, go to the Settings, Video , and set the Display Mode to Fullscreen Windowed . Find a match to spectate in CS.

While HUD’s Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program is most commonly targeted to families with Housing Choice Vouchers, FSS is available to public housing residents as well and provides a strong complement to the case management services provided through the HOPE VI Community and Supportive Services (CSS) Plan.
