3 days ago · Here is a tip for you that I did not find online. If your mouse seems to be jumpy, stuck, dragging, or slow; this is what I do. First, find Control Panel (kind of hidden in Windows 10), then System, and Device Manager. This is a very useful tool for diagnostics and too bad that it's buried in three or more sub-menus that are not easy to find.

Once I'd solved some CPU usage issues arising from Win 10 (customer experience, Windows Defender), I noted the graphics card driver was a basic MS driver, not the Nvidia driver.
