Jan 8, 2021 · I have the same issue! I haven't been able to play Forza Horizon 4 for over 3 weeks now, just an infinite loading screen with cycling action shots and images of cars. I've also done everything you've done and have a ticket open with Forza! Forza unfortunately never replied to my ticket... Wish they would pay attention to this obvious major issue.
