Dec 15, 2021 · To test, I tried an incorrect pin and I got the usual 'Incorrect PIN' message, but when I put in my actual PIN I got a 'System Error' again. A photo will be attached to this so the issue can be identified. I tried re-opening Roblox on a fresh tab after closing my browser, flushing my cache, nothing changed.

Jul 22, 2023 · If you’re on mobile. Go to safari or google and log into your account on Roblox. Click “request desktop” and go to settings. Go on parental control and click on “+17” if the parental pin is enabled you need to create a pin before you can change your account to +17. But you can disabled it after it’s all finished

Idk why yours is not working but I sent an email to Roblox to reset my PIN, and the next day they replied me saying that the PIN has been reset, and now I can change the pin. Should work for you too...
