Jul 24, 2023 · If you are on windows, you should right click the rbxl file that isn’t working and open version history of the file. When I ever use the official roblox clothing templates, do a design, and try to upload them, they always say that the image has am ‘invalid file format’. The thing is that I use pngs that are allowed and the image size is the correct 585x559.

Oct 31, 2022 · It might be because the template is still visible. Roblox makes it clear that those areas needs to be covered up or else your item won't pass. Just cover them up with any color or image you want. And make sure to stay within the lines of the template, no drawing outside of it :)
