Apr 10, 2018 · For some reason, everytime I try to use the windows appstore version of ROBLOX, it forces me into mobile controls (which makes me not able to do anything). I have no idea why it's doing it as it's a desktop PC with no tablet functionality (touchscreen etc).

Oct 22, 2023 · You can access them by pressing the ROBLOX icon in the top left of your screen, right next to the chat button. Make sure her camera mode is set to default and the movement mode is set to “default (keyboard)”. Her settings may have been changed on somewhere else and she just forgot to change them back or didn’t need to.
