General information 1 General information 1.1 Short description The controller IF-4070 serves as the connecting link between a maximum of 16 Interflex readers for time & attendance recording or access control. Two integrated relays and four input contacts allow for the control and monitoring of doors, for example.

The higher-ranking host system, on which the time and attendance / access control program is installed, provides the IF-4072 with data and processes data. The IF-4072 is equipped with various standard interfaces and 3 BUS systems with which it can address up to 16 terminals.

The IF-4072 controller checks the booking data from Interflex terminals and transfers it to the host system in real time. The controller is easy to install and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. When installed in a secure area, it is protected against sabotage and tampering.
