May 28, 2021 · I've restarted my console/game multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, changed my roblox account settings to and from adult account, i've disconnected/restarted my wifi connection to my xbox from my router, but nothing works. The final option i see is to make a new roblox account, but i really don't want to do that.

Aug 16, 2019 · The solution in the end was to log onto my Xbox Roblox account on my PC and pay for Bloxburg (it costs 25 robux) through the PC, once that was done she was able to play Bloxburg. It seems that the button to purchase access to Bloxburg doesn't show up on the Xbox version of Roblox.

May 13, 2020 · A DOB would have been entered when 1st playing Roblox, and it would be going off of that for content restrictions. I know you said you've already contacted Roblox to no avail, but they will be the ones that can help you. There's always the option to make a new Roblox account with an older DOB as well.

If your computer is powered by ARM and you had downloaded and installed Roblox from Windows Store, there is a workaround. Players on Arm devices can play Roblox by downloading the title directly from www.Roblox.com.
