Perhaps you have him blocked or he still has you blocked. If you both don't have each other blocked anymore try to join any game but be in the same server using the ROPRO extension to send him your server link and try to add each other in-game if you need more help or have any questions regarding your issue hit me up on discord ( incompletee )

I tried 32 different fixes, Roblox offered one being, use browser not the app. I mean, come on. Microsoft need to step in and tell roblox to fix their app of take it off from the store.
