Italian luxury fashion house Gucci has opened its new headquarters in the fashion capital of Milan. Dubbed “Gucci Hub,” the building, which spans 377,000-square-foot, was originally built in 1915. The revamped office will house over 250 employees, combining key offices, showrooms, and photo studios all into one central space.

Italian studio Piuarch transforms the site, previously used for designing assembling and testing airplanes, into a large complex holding offices, a showroom and spaces for holding fashion shows.

The Caproni aeronautical factory complex has been restored, renovated and refreshed by Piuarch – one of the best italian architecture studios – to create the Gucci Hub, a new Milanese home for the brand.
