For the most part they are internal (basically a gui inside the game) and for them to work you need a game to be backdoored and if i can recall correctly a executor like topkek has a channel in there discord server which shows list of games that has a backdoor in them alright.

You can buy a whitelist (any of the games they infect you can use kek on) or you can get the require script. Topk3k is 20 for whitelist but as I said earlier currently off sale.
