This document summarizes a project to develop a sign language recognition system using Python and OpenCV. The system is trained on a dataset of images of numbers 1-10 in American Sign Language.

This project is all about sign language detection using open-cv, in this project I have made a simple standalone application which used laptop web cam to detect the sign language and display the respective sign on the screen.
