Longtime GOP Congressman Warren Davidson is taking on Democratic challenger Vanessa Enoch in an effort to secure re-election in Ohio’s 8th Congressional District race.

Warren Davidson is projected to represent Ohio’s 8th Congressional District, which spans multiple counties in and outside of the Greater Cincinnati area.

Davidson, 54, has represented Ohio's 8th Congressional District since 2016. He serves on the House Financial Services Committee, and House Foreign Affairs Committee. He was ousted from Republicans' House Freedom Caucasus in June after endorsing its chairman's opponent for Congress.

This year includes three hotly contested races for Ohio's 1st Congressional District, Ohio's 8th Congressional District and Ohio's 2nd Congressional District.
