A 79-YEAR-OLD man has been reported missing from his home in Lowton. On Wednesday, November 20, Greater Manchester Police announced that 79-year-old Bernard, from Lowton, was reported missing.

Payne, 31, died on October 16 after falling from the third-floor balcony of a hotel in the Argentine capital Buenos Aires.

The Independent Office for Police Conduct said the 38-year-old woman died in the collision in south-east London on October 17.
