When hired to be the new head coach of Michigan football nearly a year ago, Sherrone Moore vowed to make both recruiting and NIL a priority. And one full cycle in, he's managed to do both. Moore was already building an impressive class before he managed to land five-star offensive tackle Andrew Babalola and five-star quarterback Bryce Underwood in just a few weeks' time.

Ty Haywood, the highly-coveted offensive tackle from Denton, Texas (Ryan High School) who was previously committed to Alabama before he re-opened his recruitment last month, officially pledged to join the Wolverines on Wednesday, the first day of the final national signing window which runs through April 1.

Michigan added a big piece to the incoming freshman class with the commitment from four-star offensive tackle Ty Haywood. Haywood, a 6-foot-5, 285-pound lineman from Denton (Texas) Ryan, made it official during a ceremony at his high school on Wednesday morning,
