A Pakistani court on Monday rejected the bail pleas of jailed former prime minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the new Toshakhana case, where they face allegations of misusing power to acquire state gifts.

A special judge central on Monday rejected the post-arrest bail pleas of incarcerated former prime minister Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana 2.0 case. The court has scheduled an indictment for October 2, Express News reported.

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Rawalpindi accountability court has rejected the bail pleas of former prime minister Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana-II case. Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand at Adiala Jail, Rawalpindi heard the bail pleas of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.

The bail application was heard at Adiala prison where Imran Khan and his wife are held in separate cells. Oct.2 is set for the couple's indictment in the case.
