Scotts Valley Police and former SJSU volleyball coach Melissa Batie-Smoose have told Fox News Digital her home was shot at on Monday night.
Batie-Smoose believes she was ‘targeted’ due to her complaint about a male player on the women’s volleyball team.
The coach, who recently served as assistant for San Jose State's women's volleyball team, previously filed a Title IX complaint against the program over transgender player Blaire Fleming.
