The National Weather Service issued an updated winter storm watch at 2:07 a.m. on Thursday valid from 10 p.m. until Saturday 4 p.m. for East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades.

On Wednesday at 4:36 p.m. the NWS Eureka CA issued an updated winter storm watch valid from Thursday 10 p.m. until Saturday 4 a.m.

Winter Storm Watch: The National Weather Service issues this when conditions are favorable for a winter storm to begin within 48 hours. Issuance usually occurs at 36-48 hours before the event is expected to begin.

On Wednesday at 12:57 p.m. a winter storm watch was issued by the National Weather Service valid from Thursday 10 p.m. until Saturday 4 p.m. for North Oregon Cascades, Cascades of Marion and Linn counties and Cascades of Lane County.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - The National Weather Service (NWS) office in Tallahassee has issued a very rare Winter Storm Watch for all of the Big Bend and South Georgia. The watch goes into effect Tuesday afternoon and will run through Wednesday morning. But the watch could be upgraded to a warning as we get closer to Tuesday.
