NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has approved a significant change in its examination policy by deciding to conduct Class 10 board exams twice a year from 2026.
From 2026, CBSE will conduct Class 10 board exams twice a year. The first attempt is compulsory and the second optional, allowing students to improve scores within the same academic year.
