Lilac Fire initially started today at 1:19 a.m. in San Diego County. It has burned 85 acres after being active for 19 hours.

San Diego Fire-Rescue said the Center Fire at Camino Del Norte and Paseo Montanoso could potentially grow to 100 acres.

"A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly," the NWS said.
