A spider monkey briefly escaped from Audubon Zoo. Here's what happened.
Audubon Zoo authorities evacuated the facility's Jaguar Jungle exhibit Friday when a spider monkey escaped her enclosure and climbed a palm tree nearby, according to Audubon spokesperson Melissa Lee.
