Aramco, one of the world's leading integrated energy and chemicals companies, today signed definitive agreements to acquire a 25% equity stake in Unioil Petroleum Philippines, one of the largest petroleum companies in the Philippines.

Dubai Saudi Arabia’s state-owned oil giant, Aramco, has signed definitive agreements to acquire a 25% equity stake in Unioil Petroleum Philippines, a prominent player in the Philippine petroleum sector.

Global petroleum giant Aramco is investing in Unioil. In a statement, Unioil said Aramco would acquire a 25 percent stake in one of the Philippines' largest petroleum players. Unioil chief executive officer Janice Co Roxas-Chua said this partnership was a milestone in the homegrown company's 58-year history.
