DAVENPORT, Iowa — Opening arguments took place on Tuesday in a Scott County murder trial. 31-year-old Christopher Behal is accused of killing his girlfriend back in March 2024.
An inmate at the Broad River Correctional Institution was found dead in his cell, according to the South Carolina Department of Corrections (SCDC).
