The Lapras EX event in Pokemon TCG Pocket has concluded. The final packs have been dished out, the Lapras' have flown freely, and many store tickets were earned. But for those out there who have saved up loads of event hourglasses the big question remaining is clear: will they carry over to future PvE events?

A lucky three roll Water Energy will set your Lapras EX up to hold the fort while giving Omastar space on the bench to evolve and power up. Once online, you can swap Omastar in on your opponent’s big attackers and watch them squirm as they get locked up by Ancient Whirlpool.

The Pokemon TCG Pocket Venusaur event is right around the corner and it features two extremely powerful cards that can counter the best decks.

Right now the best decks in the Pokemon TCG Meta are: S-tier Mewtwo ex (Psychic): This deck focuses on Mewtwo ex up front and having Gardevoir on the bench, using the latter to rapidly power up the former to do massive damage. Pikachu ex (Lightning): A high-speed deck designed to do rapid damage before the opponent can set up their own play.

December features a Venusaur battle event in Pokemon TCG Pocket with multiple rewards and challenges. A Magnemite and Bulbasaur event will begin on December 6. Another emblem event in December allows players to earn emblems for their profiles.
