CBS revealed the fate of several of the network’s shows, including Justin Hartley’s Tracker. The question of whether or not the show will return for season 3 has finally been answered. Fans of the drama series will be happy to know that the show was renewed for season 3.

Justin Hartley had opened up about the "grueling" schedule for Season 1 that resulted in great ratings and an early renewal in 2024; that doesn't seem to have changed for Season 2. The This Is Us alum was clear that while he encountered actors who weren't entirely prepared for work elsewhere in his career, that didn't apply to Tracker. He went on:

According to CBS itself, Tracker is the most-watched series on broadcast television, and its episodes have averaged 18 million viewers per week. It’s impressive that the show manages to retain such a hefty audience,

In fact, CBS renewed nine shows on Thursday, including Justin Hartley’s hit drama Tracker, while Hulu picked up Sterling K. Brown’s Paradise for a second season. With the This Is Us stars sticking around on their respective shows,
