Iconic images of Amyl and the Sniffers, Blur and Popcaan among the winning selections at this year's Abbey Road Music Photography Awards, which took place tonight.

The art of music photography was honored on Thursday night at the third annual 2024 Abbey Road Music Photography Awards in London. The winners and finalists from this year’s MPAs were celebrated during the event at the legendary Studios One and Two and included performances from Maverick Sabre’s YOURS collective, JNR Williams and Aziya,

The 2024 prestigious ICON accolade was awarded to legendary photographer Jill Furmanovsky, who, during a 53 year career has shot the likes of Bob Dylan, Led Zeppelin, and Bob Marley, as well as some of Abbey Road’s most iconic moments including Pink Floyd’s 1975 With You Were Here recording sessions, and Oasis’ Be Here Now sessions in 1997.

Jill Furmanovsky has captured some of the world's most famous stars since she started in the industry in the 1970s. Ahead of receiving a special prize at the Abbey Road Music Photography Awards, she told Sky News why it is her work with Oasis that she is most proud of.
