In a new update to Google Chrome, the Tab Search feature gets a dedicated button in a new spot. We’re seeing the updated look in version 136.0.7103.114.

The "Tab Groups" button provides a drop-down menu with a few management features for tab groups. For instance, it allows you to instantly access your groups or create a new empty group.
