Suspect arrested in the murder of a survivor of 2021 Mansfield school shooting
A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a 19-year-old man who had previously survived a 2021 school shooting, officials with the Arlington Police Department said. Zacchaeus Selby-Mukum, 19, died in January after he was shot in an apartment complex parking lot, police said at the time.
