Overlays a native scroll view over the Flutter view. The scroll view displays items of a random color and opacity. The scroll view forwards all touch events it receives to the underlying Flutter view.

With the upcoming changes, Flutter apps will automatically adapt their scrolling behavior to align with the specific platform, ensuring a more consistent and native-like experience for users.

This proposal has since been accepted and will arrive as the new default behavior for Flutter apps, starting with the next major update, version 3.18, which is currently available for beta testing.
