Roblox's mission, according to its website, "is to bring the world together through play". But the company has faced criticism for the explicit content that sometimes appears on its app.

Roblox has since banned the developer of the game and denied its platform ever featured the sex tape. A spokesperson said: "The referenced video was never available on our platform.
