The latest Windows 11 Canary build contains an early implementation of a Wi-Fi refresh button. Microsoft confirmed that it is working on it, but the current implementation is still raw.

Microsoft is enabling a new dynamic refresh rate feature in Windows 11. It’s designed to save battery life on laptops, by dynamically switching between 60Hz and 120Hz when needed.
